Lium was co-founded by Josh Knutson and Ryan Thill. Their backgrounds span healthcare, product development, enterprise software, and environmental science.

Lium CRE is our commercial real estate product. It applies the Lium platform to property, ownership, debt, and local market data, organized around the territories brokers work.

It is part of the broader Lium business, with a product experience built specifically for commercial real estate.

Josh Knutson

CEO & Co-founder

Previously founded Rhithm, a healthcare software company acquired by Securly. His background spans behavioral medicine, product development, and engineering.

Ryan Thill

President & Co-founder

Trained as an environmental scientist, then worked in enterprise software at Workday, Box, and Procore. He later founded Artisi AI, acquired in 2024.
