Ryan Thill, Co-Founder and President of Lium, sees the company as more than a business: it is the natural expression of the work he has always wanted to do. His path to Lium began with a lifelong fascination with science, which led him to study Chemistry at the University of Texas at Austin and start his career as an environmental scientist. He later spent a decade in enterprise software at Workday, Box, and Procore before founding Artisi AI, which was acquired in 2024. Today, Lium brings together Ryan's core interests in science, software, and AI with a mission to help drive innovation and discovery across the physical world.
